Postal workers strike starts on Monday 11.11. at 6.00
Strike may delay delivery of post and thus affect processing of application if the application and attachments are sent via post. The fund recommends sending applications and attachments via Netta online service during the strike.
Due to construction work our customer service is currently closed. You can submit your applications and attachments at Kuljetusliitot lobby that is located at John Stenbergin ranta 6 (open mon-fri 8.30-16.00). Note that the staff at the lobby cannot give advice regarding unemployment allowance or application process.
During the strike fund will send requests for further information via post and online message in Netta online service. If you have submitted an application the fund advices to frequently login to Netta to check possible messages and the status of your application.
Our customer service is still closed
The customer service of the unemployment fund is still closed due to renovation. Unfortunately, we don’t have an estimation on when the renovation will end. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The mail box is not in use until further notice. Our customers can hand in claims to the customer service of the Transport Workers’ Union on the other side of the block, address John Stenbergin ranta 6. Opening hours are Mon-Fri 8.30-16.00. The Transport Workers’ customer service does not provide counselling.
During the renovation you can reach us via our web service Netta, via email and via phone. Our phone service hours are, from September 2 onward, Monday to Wednesday at 13-15 and Thursday at 9-11.
