How to fill unemployment benefit application when on strike ?
If you have been unemployed or laid-off, fill application normally.
If you have had a part-time job, please fill in your application next to each day whether you have been unemployed, working, on strike, sick, studying, ect. Enclose work contract and pay slips, even though the payment date of the salary is during December (PAU unemployment fund verifyes the time spent on strike based on your pay slip). Do not change you a application period due to strike.
